Pipeline Rehabilitation

Worthington NW specializes in advanced pipeline rehabilitation techniques, offering cost-effective and non-invasive solutions to extend the lifespan of critical infrastructure. With methods like Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) and Spray-in-Place Pipe (SIPP) technologies, we ensure minimal disruption and maximum efficiency for municipal, commercial, and industrial clients.

    Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP)

CIPP is a trenchless rehabilitation method that involves inserting and curing a flexible liner within an existing pipeline, effectively creating a durable “pipe-within-a-pipe” structure. This method is ideal for repairing sewer, storm, and potable water lines without the need for extensive excavation. CIPP extends pipeline lifespan, prevents leaks, and minimizes disruption to surrounding environments.

    Spray-in-Place Pipe (SIPP)

SIPP technology involves applying an epoxy lining to the interior of aging or damaged pipelines using robotic spray systems. This process creates a seamless, corrosion-resistant barrier that restores structural integrity and improves flow efficiency. SIPP is especially effective for pipelines in difficult-to-access areas, reducing downtime and costs associated with full replacement.

    Pipe Bursting

Pipe bursting is a trenchless method used to replace old or damaged pipelines by breaking the existing pipe while simultaneously pulling a new one into place. This technique minimizes surface disruption, reduces costs associated with excavation, and allows for the installation of larger-diameter pipes when needed.

    Sanitary & Storm Sewer Restoration

We provide comprehensive trenchless solutions for restoring aging or damaged sewer and storm drainage systems. Using technologies like CIPP and SIPP, we ensure structural integrity, prevent infiltration and exfiltration, and extend the lifespan of vital infrastructure systems while minimizing disruption to urban environments.

    Manhole Rehabilitation

Manhole rehabilitation is essential for maintaining urban infrastructure, addressing deterioration caused by corrosion and groundwater infiltration. The process includes inspections and various repair methods like protective coatings and trenchless technology to minimize disruption. Regular maintenance improves operational efficiency, extends the lifespan of manholes, and promotes public health and safety by ensuring reliable wastewater management.

Pipe bursting is a trenchless technology used for the replacement of underground pipes. This method involves breaking apart an existing pipe while simultaneously installing a new one in its place. It is a cost-effective and efficient solution for infrastructure upgrades, minimizing surface disruption and reducing the time required for traditional excavation methods. This technique is particularly useful in urban areas where space is limited and minimizing disturbance to surrounding properties is a priority.
